Personality: Eris is the coldest of the DiscoLight children. She's much more like her mother than father. She's soft, quiet and very shy. She hates crowds of pretty much any kind. However when you get past her dark exterior you'll see she's the kindest pony you will ever meet. Often putting others before her if they are her friend. She loves her father and mother and her siblings. But she can hold a grudge or get disgruntled very easily. Also she thinks she's hideous. 

Fun Facts: 
~Eris can't access or use her magic. The horn is just for show. Twilight is sure it's because she was the first of her siblings and Discord and Twilight's magic just didn't mix. Either way Eris can't even do the simplest spells and lives her life as a pegasus. 

~ Eris collects stuffed dragons. She likes to pile them up and sleep on them. When she's pregnant with her foals she builds a little nest like a bird with them and sleeps in it.

~When Discord eventually wins over emo-Eris’ love the two of them go shopping together. Discord likes to buy her things, not to buy her love, but because he likes seeing Eris happy.

~Eris gets crushes pretty easily. Her roster includes Snow Piercer, Apple Shine, Hemlock, & many other randoms. None of these crushes work out which gets insecurity revved up. 

Friendships & Relationships: 
Eris loves both her parents but is closer to her mother. Eris went through a emo teenage phase where she blamed her father for her perceived ugliness. She blamed Discord for life itself and she hated him. However after a year or two she went back to being Daddy's girl. Discord is the fun parent, acting more like a friend, where Twilight is Eris' confident and comfort zone.

In their family Eris is closest with her Aunt Cadence, following up quickly by her cousin Morpheus who is a hybrid like her. 

Eris falls in love with King Sombra at about age 25. She discovers him as a shell of himself in the crystal castle basement and unwittingly nurses him back to health as he siphons off her magic. However he starts to fall for her as well but by the time he realizes it it's too late. Eris feels betrayed and helps her aunt to banish him once more to the frozen wasteland, unaware she is carrying his foals.

As a foal Eris loved hanging out in Sugar Cube corner with Pinkie Pie, helping her bake things. Eris is also doted on by the six because she's the oldest of the children.
